Senior Designer, Creative Production - Patient Recruitment

Overview

As a Creative Production you will be joining the world’s largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence.

Responsibilities

What you will be doing:

 

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify key insights and translate them into strategic, patient-centric creative briefs.
  • Design, execute, and present creative concepts that align with brand standards, regulatory requirements, and project objectives.
  • Develop and produce patient- and HCP-facing deliverables across integrated campaigns in print, digital, and video formats, including:
    • Websites, landing pages, and email campaigns
    • Social and display advertising
    • Print materials (brochures, posters, mailers, site engagement kits)
    • Presentations and training materials
  • Apply medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) and compliance best practices to all creative deliverables.
  • Specialize in visual design-related tasks such as:
    • Graphics production and delivery
    • Mockup creation
    • File preparation for print and digital (color profiles, bleeds, asset packaging)
  • Systematize creative production using asset libraries, version control, and consistent file management processes.
  • Maintain high quality control standards for all creative deliverables.
  • Manage the end-to-end production process for creative assets, ensuring timelines, budgets, and technical requirements are met.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues quickly and effectively.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Creative Leads, Copywriters, Medical Writers, Clinical Teams, and Patient Advocacy Groups to ensure messaging is accurate, empathetic, and culturally appropriate.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, branding guidelines, accessibility standards, and health literacy principles.
  • Recommend innovative design approaches based on strategic insights, patient engagement trends, and site feedback.

Qualifications

You are:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS) in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience designing for the Life Sciences or Health sector.
  • Portfolio demonstrating at least 6 years of creative, compelling campaigns and design work.
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma, Acrobat).
  • Expertise with creative vendors, techniques, and methods.
  • Experience managing creative asset production across digital, print, and video formats.
  • Proficiency in Adobe After Effects.
  • Understanding of web formats, responsive design, and HTML/CSS fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with production specifications for social platforms, email, and web advertising.
