As a Medical Director, you will be joining the world’s largest & most comprehensive clinical research organization, powered by healthcare intelligence.
What You Will Be Doing:
Lead or support clinical subteams and oversee study design and execution
Represent Clinical Development on cross-functional teams and with senior leadership
Prepare clinical documents and regulatory submissions (e.g., protocols, NDAs, BLAs)
Supervise medical monitors or development scientists, as assigned
Guide external expert engagement and advisory board planning
Analyze clinical data, disease landscapes, and competitive intelligence
Ensure data integrity and contribute to business development activities
You Are:
An MD with 5-10 years of industry experience in clinical development
Deeply experienced in Hematology, ideally a practicing or former Hematologist
Knowledgeable in complex conditions such as thrombotic microangiopathy (TMA) and post–hematopoietic stem cell transplant care
Skilled in late-stage clinical trials, including regulatory submission preparation
Research-oriented, with at least 1-2 peer-reviewed publications
Based on the East Coast (U.S.), with flexibility to travel to Boston as needed
