We’re seeking a Freelance Medical Director, Clinical Development - Neurology to lead clinical trial execution and contribute to global development strategies on a part-time basis. This contract role runs through December 31, 2025, offering an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in drug development with flexible hours.

Responsibilities

What you will be doing:

 

  • Lead cross-functional teams in the design and execution of neurology clinical studies.
  • Oversee the development of study-related documents, including protocols, regulatory submissions, and publications.
  • Guide country and site selection, patient recruitment, and data monitoring to ensure study success.
  • Analyze safety and efficacy data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay ahead of industry developments by attending scientific conferences and monitoring the competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with regulatory authorities and contribute to BLA/sBLA filings.

 

Qualifications

You Are: 

 

  • MD or MD-equivalent (Residency training highly preferred).
  • 5+ years of clinical development experience in neurology.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical research methodology, biostatistics, and regulatory processes.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience interacting with regulatory authorities and leading cross-functional teams.
